first time actually recording my time running…did 1 mile in 9:45
nearly fainted at the 3/4 point but i persevered! haha!


ALSO:
i gained weight the first week of my lifting, had a shitty weekend, ate everything bad that i possibly could…LITERALLY ate the worst crap. worked sunday, friend at work told me i just have to find what works for me. some people say “1500” cals, “1200” cals, 1800….bla bla bla…maybe i just need to start small, focus on small meals and not count calories. then add a few if i feel hungry, but my new thing is, if im hungry, eat something small. eat more if im still hungry later…trying to do low low low carbs, high veggies and protein.
